摘要: 目的快速鉴别喹诺酮类抗菌药。方法使用薄层色谱法,以硅胶GF254为固定相。结果各类喹诺酮类抗菌药具有不同的Rf值,能较好的进行区别。结论该法快速,准确,适用于基层单位药品真伪鉴别。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To rapidly discriminate quinolones antibiotics.METHODS TLC method was applied,the stationary phase was GF254.
