    西尼地平的合成工艺改进

    Improved synthesis of cilnidipine

    • 摘要: 目的改进二氢吡啶类钙拮抗剂西尼地平的合成工艺。方法以肉桂醇为原料,经酯化、氨化和缩合-环合而得。结果所得产物结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱及质谱确证,总收率57.3%。结论改进后的合成工艺简单、合理可行。
