忍冬藤中马钱素和当药苷提取分离及结构鉴定

Extraction,sparation and identification of loganin and sweroside from Caulis Lonicerae Japonicae

摘要: 目的对忍冬藤的化学成分进行研究。方法采用大孔吸附树脂法、硅胶柱色谱进行成分提取、分离,运用MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR等波谱数据确定其结构。结果从忍冬藤中分离得到2个环烯醚萜苷化合物,分别是马钱素(I)和当药苷(II)。结论化合物I、II均为首次从该植物的茎枝中发现。
