3,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛缩乙醇胺席夫碱合成、表征与抑菌活性研究

Synthesis characterization and antibacterial activities study of 2-(3,4-dimethoxy-benzylidene)-amino-ethanol Schiff base

摘要: 目的与方法合成了未经报道的3,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛缩乙醇胺席夫碱,并对其进行了结构表征。结果与结论初步确认了其组成,抑菌实验表明该席夫碱对枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、革兰氏阴性细菌(发荧光Q67)均有较好的抑制作用。
