摘要: 目的研究复方苦味下珠胶囊的药效学和毒理学。方法对复方苦叶下珠胶囊保肝、抗病毒、抗肝纤维化作用进行了研究;对制剂的急性毒性和长期毒性进行研究。结果本制剂具有保肝、抗病毒作用,未见明显急性和长期毒性。结论本制剂疗效确切,安全性较高。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacodynamics and toxicology of Fufangkuweiyexiazhu capsules(FKYC).METHODS The indexes of liver function and hepatic fibrosis and the effect of anti-Hepatitis B virus were observed.RESULTS The preparation had protective effects o
