Abstract: OBJECTIVE To develop a simple and reproducible high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of cyclosporine A (CsA, also known as cyclosporin A) in aqueous humor of rabbit eyes using CsD as internal standard. METHODS The pretreat
