    石斛中石斛多糖的提取工艺研究

    Study on extraction process of polysaccharide from Caulis Dendrobii

    • 摘要: 目的研究石斛中石斛多糖的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法进行优选,紫外分光光度法测定多糖含量。结果粉碎度、提取次数和加水量因素对石斛中石斛多糖的提取有显著性影响。结论石斛中石斛多糖的最佳提取工艺为将药材粉碎至粗粉,加水20倍量,提取4次,每次8h。
