    • 摘要: 目的　建立测定制剂中羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC)含量的方法。方法　采用二苯胺和HPMC在高温下显色反应,分光光度法测定。结果　具良好的线性范围和回收率,测定方法可靠。结论　能作为制剂中HPMC含量测定的方法。
