摘要: 目的　研究竹叶黄酮提取物的生产工艺条件。方法　竹叶水煎煮液经大孔树脂柱色谱,70 %乙醇洗脱,减压浓缩,用乙醇或丙酮溶解浓缩液,过滤,减压浓缩滤液至浸膏再经真空干燥,得黄色粉末。结果　竹叶黄酮含量达到4 0 %以上。结论　竹叶黄酮制备工艺简捷,适用于大批量生产
