热毒清滴眼液的质量标准研究

摘要: 目的　建立热毒清滴眼液质量标准。方法　建立龙胆的TLC鉴别,用紫外分光光度法进行黄连的含量测定。结果　TLC斑点清晰,测定盐酸小檗碱含量在4～20μg/mL内线性良好,平均回收率99.5% ,RSD1.58%。结论　本法准确、重现性好,为制剂的质量控制提供了可行的手段
