    小儿清热灌肠剂制备工艺实验研究

    Experimental study on the manufacture procedure of Xiaoerqingre clysma

    • 摘要: 目的　确定小儿清热灌肠剂的最佳工艺条件。方法　采用L9(34)正交设计方法,对小儿清热灌肠剂的制备工艺进行实验研究。结果　最佳工艺条件为A3B1C3D2,即用3倍量70%乙醇渗漉三次每次8h。结论　本实验结果可靠,最佳工艺条件适合批量生产。
