Abstract: OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the separation of the enantiomers of two chiral drug intermediates-phenylethanediol, styrene oxide by capillary electrophoresis. METHOD Phosphate-triethylamine buffer (pH 2.5) was used as the electrophoresis solution.
