猪血红细胞膜中鞘磷脂降解成神经酰胺的实验研究

摘要: 目的　从红细胞膜中提取鞘磷脂并降解成神经酰胺。方法　分离猪血细胞,用溶血,脱水,干燥等方法提取鞘磷脂,并用磷脂酶C降解鞘磷脂成神经酰胺。结果　用此法可提取到红细胞膜中的鞘磷脂,并最后获得神经酰胺。结论　用此法可将红细胞膜中的鞘磷脂降解成神经酰胺。
