摘要: 目的 建立水杨酸醇(柳酸醇)溶液中柳酸含量测定方法。方法 在2 96nm处采用紫外分光光度法直接测定。结果 柳酸在10-20 μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.8% ,RSD=0.85% (n=6)。结论 本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于柳酸醇溶液制剂的含量测定。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of salicylic acid in alcohol solution.
