摘要: 目的　合成奈非西坦。方法　以2 ,6-二甲基苯胺为起始原料,经氯乙酰氯N 酰化反应和2-吡咯烷酮的N-烷基化反应合成了奈非西坦。结果　总收率89.9%。对奈非西坦进行了IR ,1HNMR ,13CNMR ,MS确证。结论　该合成工艺可行,具有工业生产价值
