Abstract: OBJECTIVE To synthesize Lomerizine hydrochloride,a new drug for the treatment of antimigraine. METHOD Lomerizine hydrochloride was synthesized via Leuckart Wallach reaction.RESULTS The reaction was modified and improved,the yield was 56.9%.The struct
