    紫外分光光度法测定祛斑霜中氢醌的含量

    • 摘要: 目的　建立紫外分光光法测定氢醌乳膏中氢醌的含量。方法　在2 95nm测其紫外吸收,从而求得其浓度。结果　在5-35ug .mL-1之间线性良好,方法回收率为10 1.6% ,RSD为0 .9%。结论　本方法操作简便,准确性好,适合于氢醌乳膏中氢醌的含量测定
