摘要: 目的:化学合成1-去氧- D-核糖并进行工艺改进。方法:以D-核糖为原料,经甲基化、硅烷基化、还原裂解、水解反应制得1-去氧- D-核糖。结果:化学结构经1HNMR、13CNMR和DEPT13CNMR确证,总收率72.5%。结论:该方法适合于合成1-去氧- D-核糖
