Determination of Glycyrrhizic acid in Wen liu San by HPLC

摘要: 目的:建立温六散中甘草酸单铵的含量测定方法。方法:超声提取,使用C1 8柱,甲醇-含3%冰醋酸的0 .2 m ol/ L醋酸铵溶液(6 2∶38)为流动相,检测波长为2 5 0 nm。结果:此方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.5 % ,RSD为1.8%。结论:本方法分离良好,可用于温六散的质量控制
