摘要: 目的:建立盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片的质量标准。方法:采用UV法测定盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片在酸及缓冲液中的释放度及含量。结果:在选定的波长处,辅料及肠溶衣对测定无干扰,释放度平均回收率99.0 % ,含量平均回收率99.9%。结论:测定方法简便,结果可靠,可作为该制剂质量控制标准Abstract: OBJECTIVE: Estabilish a method for the quality control of metformin hydrochloride enteric coated tablets.
