    分光光度法测定金蝉花中多糖的含量

    Determination of Polysaccharide in Cordyceps cicadae by UV-Spectrophotometry

    • 摘要: 目的:建立金蝉花药材中多糖的含量测定方法。方法:采用分光光度法测定多糖含量。结果:金蝉花中多糖含量为2 4 .16mg·g-1,平均回收率为97.37% ,RSD=2.34% ,n=5。结论:本法简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好,为金蝉花药材的质量控制提供了依据
