摘要: 目的:研究合成胸腺嘧啶新的工艺方法。方法:以α-甲基丙烯酸为原料经溴化、成酰氯、与尿素缩合、环合制得胸腺嘧啶。结果:产品收率5 5 % ,熔点与文献相符。结论:相对于以往的工艺,本工艺原料价廉易得、方法操作简便、易于大生产化,是制备胸腺嘧啶的一条很好的途径
