摘要: 目的:探讨简便、快速制备非水溶性软膏供试液的方法。方法:采用十四烷酸异丙酯溶介非水溶性基质,再以吐温 80为乳化剂制备供试液。结果:上述方法所制备的溶液乳化均匀,与药典法比较,其结果一致。结论:本法简便、快速、可靠,不失为一种较为理想且实用的方法。
