摘要: 目的:研究乳酸氟罗沙星葡萄糖注射液对光、热的稳定性。方法:将样品置于实验条件下,于指定时间取出样品,观察色泽;测定pH、氟罗沙星含量并进行分解产物鉴别。结果:本品在光照和高温下色泽变深、含量明显下降,室温条件下稳定。结论:本品应贮存于阴凉、避光处。
