    青藤碱贴片经皮渗透的比较研究

    • 摘要: 目的:对比研究4种青藤碱贴片的经皮渗透行为。方法:以pH 6.8磷酸缓冲液为接收液,以裸鼠皮肤为实验材料,对比研究了4种青藤碱TDD制剂的经皮渗透行为。结果:4种TDD制剂中,以TDD4的透皮速率常数为最高,以TDD3为最低。结论:空白压敏胶对药物从贮库向皮肤转运有一定程度的阻滞作用。
