摘要: 目的:研究石榴中有效成分熊果酸的最佳提取条件。方法:采用正交试验法,以溶剂用量、提取时间和提取次数3个因素,每个因素选取了3个水平进行实验。结果:因素B对熊果酸的含量有显著影响。因素A和因素C则有一定的影响。结论:最佳工艺A3B2C1,即用1 0倍量95%EtoH提取1次,每次2h。
