    • 摘要: 目的:建立一种测定低浓度硫酸链霉素皮试液效价的方法。方法:采用旋光法测定结果并与医疗单位制剂规程( 1 984 )中采用的比色测定法进行比较。结果:两种方法之间无显著性差异。结论:旋光法简便,快速准确,适合该制剂的含量测定
