摘要: 目的:建立医院制剂皮炎宁的含量测定方法。方法:采用D-101大孔树脂分离纯化、紫外分光光度法测定皮炎宁中醋酸地塞米松的含量。结果:平均回收率为99.7% ,RSD =1.21%。结论:该法简便、快速、准确、重现性好,对医院制剂快速分析很适用
