摘要: 目的:改进药物中间体2 -( 2 -噻吩)乙胺的合成方法,使之适合工业化生产。方法:以噻吩为原料,经Vilsmeier反应制得噻吩甲醛,再将Darzen反应、水解、脱羧、与盐酸羟胺缩合等用一锅煮方法制得噻吩-2 -乙醛总收率可达70.09%;;略高于文献。结论:此方法适合工业化生产。
