摘要: 目的:用双波长等吸收点法测定复方萘替芬霜中萘替芬和酮康唑的含量。方法:萘替芬测定在2 83nm(肩峰处)和3 0 1nm(酮康唑等吸收点)进行。酮康唑测定在2 4 2nm(峰值)和2 65nm(萘替芬等吸收点)进行。结果:该法线性良好,精密度高。结论:该法可用于复方萘替芬霜的含量测定。Abstract: OBJECTIVE:To establish a dual wavelength spectrophotometry method for determination of naftifine and ketoconazole in comound naftifine cream.METHOD:The sample wavelength was 283nm and the reference wavelength was 301nm for naftifine.The sample wavelength
