差示紫外分光光度法测定司帕沙星胶囊的含量

摘要: 目的:建立司帕沙星胶囊的含量测定方法。方法:用差示紫外分光光度法测定司帕沙星的含量。结果:平均回收率为99.96%,RSD为0.55%,线性范围为5～25mg/L,本法结果与HPLC法对照基本一致。结论:该方法能消除辅料的干扰,方法简便,准确。
