Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of pH on penetration of naproxen through skin. METHODS: Thesolubilities of naproxen in different pH vehicles was determined. The penetration rate of naproxen through rat skin in vitro was measured using Valia-Chien diffusion
