摘要: 报道了新型非离子型X-CT造影剂3,5-双(N-2,3-二羟丙基)乙酰胺基-N-(2-羟乙基)-2,4,6-三碘苯甲酰胺的化学合成。该化合物以苯甲酸为原料,经硝化、酯化、酰胺化、还原、碘化、酰化、烷基化等制备而成。产物经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱等测定,与结构完全一致。
