HPLC测定鼻可灵喷雾剂中氧氟沙星和盐酸麻黄碱的含量

摘要: 采用高效液相色谱法,同时测定了鼻可灵喷雾剂中氧氟沙星和盐酸麻黄碱的含量。色谱柱为Hypersil BDS(4mm×250mm),流动相为0.1%三乙胺(用磷酸调pH至3.2)-乙腈(85:15),检测波长为256nm。两被测组分的回收率分别为氧氟沙星100.2%,盐酸麻黄碱100.7%,日内、日间偏差均小于5%。
