摘要: 应用均匀设计于标题化合物工艺研究中,以乙酸乙酯和水合肼于二甲苯中反应,加入CS2,直接加热,一步环合成标题化合物,总收率达75.5%。

Abstract: The uniform design was applied to technological study of the title compound, starting from ethyl acetate and diamine hydrate,followed by reaction with carbon disulfide,the title compound was synthesized in one step.The overall yield amounts to 75.5% .
