小柴胡汤颗粒剂中柴胡皂苷的高效液相色谱分析

摘要: 对新药小柴胡汤颗粒剂中柴胡皂苷的高效液相色谱分析方法进行了研究,考察了流动相对分离的影响,以柴胡皂苷b2(C42H68O13)计算本品中柴胡总皂苷含量。其检测波长为250nm,在所测范围内,峰面积与被测物浓度的线性关系良好。柴胡皂苷b2的平均回收率为98.18%。RSD<2.4%(n=5)
