    MPS抑制小鼠肿瘤生长作用的观察

    • 摘要: 对分枝杆菌多糖(MPS)在小鼠体内抑制S180腹水癌细胞和S180实体瘤生长的作用进行了观察。结果表明,MPS可明显抑制肿瘤细胞在小鼠体内的生长,其抑癌率分别为49.91%和44.95%。

       

      Abstract: The inhibitor effects of mycobacterial polysaccharides (MOS)on the growth of S180 ascites cancer cells and S180 solid in mice were observed. Results indicated that MPS could markedly inhibit the growth of tumor cells in mice with the inhibition rate 49. 9
