    • 摘要: 以pH8.04与pH5.91的磷酸盐缓冲液为溶剂,240nm为测定波长,用差示分光光度法测定了复方苯巴比妥散中苯巴比妥的含量.苯巴比妥的回收率为99.7%,相对标准差为0.8%.实验结果满意。
