Determination of the Eflective Constituents in Jiefushuang by HPLC

摘要: 采用高效液相色谱法,以氢化考的松为内标,在Nova-PahC18柱上,甲醇-0.025mol/LKH2PO4水溶液为流动相,分离测定了洁肤霜中氯毒素和醋酸地塞米松的含量.操作简便,结果准确,测得氯霉素的回收率为98.61%,RSD=0.7%,地塞米松的回收率为97.65%,RSD=1.0%.
