    差示分光光度法测定朵贝尔氏溶液中苯酬的浓度

    • 摘要: 利用苯酚与苯酸盐的吸收度差异,采用差示分光光度法测定朵贝尔氏溶液中苯酸浓度,结果显示在浓度5一25ug/ml之间回收率=99.14%,RSD=1.41%,可作为医院制剂的分析.
