摘要: 考察了溶液PH对有机弱酸类药物吡罗昔康和双氟芬酸钠的离子导入透皮(大鼠腹部皮)速率的影响,当溶液PH>5时,溶液pH值与吡罗昔康和双氯芬酸钠离子导入透皮速率有线性关系,但当溶液pH<5时,此线性关系不再成立,认为可能由于电渗作用方向的改变所引起。
