    氟尿嘧啶乳膏的制备和质量控制

    Preparation and Quality Control of Fluorouracil Cream

    • 摘要: 报道将氟尿嘧啶软膏改制成乳膏剂型(O/W),处方中加入新型的促透皮吸收辅料月桂氮酮(Azonc),并对改制后的制剂做了质量稳定性实验,采用吸收系数法测定乳膏中5-Fu的含量,平均回收率为102,38%,CV为1.52%.
