鱼油微囊的制备

    Microencapsulation of Fish Oil

    • 摘要: 应用复凝聚法制备得到了无腥臭味的鱼池粉末化产品—色油微囊,并用气相色谱法测得鱼油微囊中廿碳五烯酸(eicosapentaenoicacid,EPA)和廿二碳六烯酸(docosahexaenoicadid,DHA)的包裹率分别为14.34%和14.06%,收得率分别为67.90%和66.56%。

       

      Abstract: In this paper the technique of phasc separation-coacervation by ploymer interactionwas used to prepare microencapsules of fish oil. Detcrmined by gas chromatography, themasking dry powder was obtained with the yield of 67.90% and 66.56%, loading fate 14.3
