摘要: 研究了10个6,8-二氟喹诺酮类抗菌药在N1和C7位取代基的结构与抗菌活性的关系。结果表明,N1取代基除了必须符合适当的STERIMOL长度外,还要有一定的脂溶性;C7位取代基主要是脂溶性因素影响化合物的抗菌活性。
