酸性染料比色法测定附子理中丸中总乌头生物碱的含量

Determination of Total Aconite Alkaloids in fuzi Lizhong Wan withAcid-dye Colorimetry

摘要: 采用酸性染料比色法测定了附子理中丸中总乌头生物碱的含量.在浓度10～30　g/ml范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为99.5%,RSD为1.43%。

Abstract: This paper reported the content determination of total aconite alkaloids in FuZiLi Zhong Wan with acid-dye colorimetry. The linear lelationship is good in the range 10-30ug/ml. Recovery is 99.78% (RSD = 1.07% ).
