摘要: 曲马多作为一中枢作用的中等强度镇痛药,通过一种弱的阿片类因素和一种弱的非阿片类因素的协同增效而发挥其镇痛作用。由于这种复合的作用模式,曲马多具有不同于其他典型阿片类药物的特点。由马多已被大量的临床资料证实是较理想的治疗不同原因产生的中到重度疼痛的镇痛药。
