Abstract: A fluorometrie method was used for the dissolution test of bumetanide tablets.It was tested at λex 264 um and λex 420 um in phosphate buffer (pH 7. 8). The linear range was0.05-2. 0 ug/ml and the average recovery was 100. 03% (RSD = 1. 03%, n = 20 ).
