摘要: 以2.6-二氯苯醌氯亚胺作显色剂,用电荷转移络合一分光光度法测定头孢氨苄含量。测定波长为510nm,在2～12ug/ml范围内回归方程为A=0.0575c-0.01r==0.9990平均回收率为99.34%(RSD=0.64%n=5)方法简便、快速。
