摘要: 对80例老年血栓性疾病非急性梗塞期患者随机应用TP或ASA,结果表明,在延长出血时间、抑制0.5μmol,2.0μmolADP诱导的血小板Ptmax、抑制AT-Ⅲ活性及降低纤维蛋自原含量方面,TP的作用优于ASA.在抑制2.78μmol,5.56μmolAdr诱导的血小板Ptmax和降低全血还原粘度方面,两者相近。
