摘要: 用反相液相色谱法成功地对盐酸环丙沙星软膏的含量进行了测定,平均回收率为98.94%,RSD为0.56%.同时对本品稳定性进行了考察,试验结果证明,本品对光和热都不稳定,故必须遮光、密封、在阴凉处保存.
